For this year’s North Oxfordshire Artweeks The Theatre is throwing open its doors and turning many of its front of house areas into exhibition spaces.  Five local artists; Amanda Butler, Charlotte Copley, Joanna Davies, Jill Gemmell and Rita Wheatley, are displaying work together throughout various spaces at The Theatre including the Gallery, the space and the bar. 

Each artist is showing a collection of work, some drawing inspiration from local landscapes and others from faraway places.  There are colourful acrylics and subtle landscapes, bright portraits to telling still life – a full palette of work for any visitor to enjoy. 

From 1pm on Wednesday 26th May there is the opportunity to meet some of the artists exhibiting and put your questions to them in a free lunchtime soundbite
