Performed on the spectacular floating water stage of Austria’s Lake Constance, Bizet’s Carmen is a story of passion, destiny and obsession. The opera is most famous for its Spanish melodies, including the Flower Song, Habanera and the Toreador Song. Directed by Kasper Holten, Director of Opera at the Royal Opera House using the waters of the lake as an extension of the stage.
